- Prepare and submit VAT returns (Mushak-9.1).
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and regulatory laws.
- Prepare withholding tax statements.
- Maintain VAT, Tax, and legal records.
- Prepare VAT and Tax reconciliations.
- Assist with corporate income tax returns.
- Coordinate with NBR, Customs, VAT Commissionerate, and Income Tax authorities.
- Support statutory and internal audits.
- Review transactions for VAT & Tax compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Support legal documentation and corporate compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports and MIS.
- Maintain legal documents, licenses, and registrations.
- Coordinate renewal of Trade License, TIN, BIN, RJSC, Fire License, etc.
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Maintain legal case files.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Skills: VAT, Tax, Vat Registration
