- Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and execute accurate Purchase Orders (POs) for all sewing trims and packaging components.
- Coordinate tightly with Merchandising and Production Planning to sync material deliveries with factory sewing schedules, maintain TNA and eliminate line downtime.
- Manage relationships, track lead times, and coordinate closely with both local and foreign vendors.
- Develop trims & Accessories as per the buyer tech pack or reference sample and negotiate competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and optimal Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) with the vendors.
- Review and follow up on quality inspection reports; proactively handle and settle compensation claims with suppliers for defective or short-shipped materials.
- Coordinate with the Commercial team to expedite customs clearance for sea/air shipments and streamline deliveries from EPZ-based suppliers.
- Ensure timely supplier payment processing by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
- Skills: supplier management, purchase management, supply management, merchandise planning, productionplanning, production management, production planning, technical knowledge of garment production, supply chain operations
