Role Overview
- The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely transactions, supporting month-end closing activities and assisting in preparing financial reports to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintain cash book, bank reconciliation and general ledger.
- Prepare and process payments, receipts and journal entries.
- Maintain and update accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors and other departments for financial matters.
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accounting, accountants, year end accounts, corporate finance, accounts reconciliation, national account management, simply accounting, major account acquisition, financial accounting
