Sr. Executive Engineer, Business Development

Role Description The Executive Engineer, Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for driving growth and expanding Regency Power Limited’s market presence. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and preparing technical and commercial proposals for power products and sub-station solutions. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing customer requirements, coordinating with engineering and sales teams, and supporting tender preparation and negotiations. The Executive Engineer will visit client sites, deliver product presentations, ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of business development activities. The role also requires close collaboration with management to align business strategies with company objectives and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Development and New Business Development skills, with experience in identifying prospects and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Communication skills to present technical solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and manage client expectations.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate technical requirements, and prepare competitive proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a master’s degree in engineering or business is an advantage.
• Prior experience in power products, electrical equipment, or sub-station solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic engineering design or calculation tools relevant to power systems.
• Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and willingness to travel
