- Handle e-GP tender submission, documentation and related correspondence.
- Prepare and review tender forms, quotations, BOQ, letters and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender notices, deadlines, corrigendum and submission requirements.
- Maintain tender records, files and documentation systematically.
- Perform fluent Bengali & English typing and prepare professional tender documents.
- Regular correspondence with Foreign Manufacturer & Principal for sourcing the required items.
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Education:
- Skills: tender documentation, tendering, competitive tendering, tender submissions, tender management, tender planning, procurement processes, tender preparation, bid specifications, it procurement
