- Prepare daily and weekly dyeing machine production plans according to order requirements.
- Allocate dyeing machines based on machine capacity, fabric type, shade, lot size, and production priority.
- Coordinate with Production, Dyeing, Lab, Merchandising, Store, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor machine loading and production progress against the plan.
- Reschedule production plans when there are machine breakdowns, urgent orders, shade issues, or other production constraints.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize idle time, waiting time, and production delays.
- Follow up on batch status from grey fabric receiving through dyeing and finishing.
- Maintain production planning records, reports, and daily machine loading statements.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate planning updates to management.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: dyeing machinery, garment production, technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, textile industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, dyeing process, print production management, production planning
