Job Context
We are looking for a disciplined, well-spoken CRM Executive to manage customer communication channels at Unicorn Properties Ltd. This is an office-based role focused on call center duties, managing incoming ad responses, and ensuring top-tier customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to client inquiries generated via various social media advertisement channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Handle official business interactions via WhatsApp Web and corporate messaging platforms.
- Manage inbound and outbound direct phone calls professionally, maintaining rigorous client follow-ups.
- Resolve initial queries and efficiently coordinate with clients to fix schedules for real estate project site visits.
- Maintain accurate, updated customer relationship records and provide daily/weekly reporting to the supervisor.
- Experience: 1-3 years
