Sr. Executive Credit Recovery

Job Context

Besthome Properties Ltd., a growing real estate company, is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Sr. Executive – Credit Recovery.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of booking money, installments, outstanding dues, and other receivables from apartment/real estate clients while maintaining strong professional relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regularly for installment payments, outstanding dues, and receivables.
• Prepare and maintain client-wise payment schedules, aging reports, outstanding statements, and recovery status.
• Contact clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, letters, and physical meetings when required.
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments as per agreed payment schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Customer Service, CRM, and Legal Departments regarding customer payment issues.
• Identify delayed/defaulting clients and take appropriate follow-up measures.
• Issue payment reminders, demand letters, and necessary notices in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Maintain proper records of all collection and recovery communications.
• Negotiate with clients regarding payment commitments under management approval.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Credit Recovery Reports for management.
• Monitor customer commitments and ensure committed payment dates are followed.
• Assist management in reducing overdue receivables and improving the company's collection ratio.
• Escalate critical/default cases to management and the Legal Department when necessary.
• Maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring strict recovery follow-up.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to credit control and recovery.
