Key Responsibilities
- Test fertilizer samples before and during packing to prevent caking, moisture absorption, or chemical breakdown.
- Material Integrity: Inspect packing materials like HDPE/PP woven bags and liners for chemical resistance and durability.
- Line Supervision: Oversee automated or manual packing machine accuracy, seal integrity, and weight compliance.
- Compliance: Maintain safety protocols for hazardous or reactive chemical fertilizers and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience: 4+ years
- Education: master of science in chemistry
- Skills: chemical handling, knowledge of quality control, quality control, chemical safety, fertilizers, chemical industry, quality control procedures, chemical testing, quality control standards
