Role Overview

The Sr. Executive, Business Development, will be responsible for driving corporate sales (B2B), building strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts (KAM) for high-value training programs. This role requires a strong corporate sales background, experience in the training industry, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by acquiring corporate clients for training programs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional deals.
• Manage and grow key accounts (KAM) for high-value programs.
• Conduct prospect & client meetings, presentations, and proposals for corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and customize training solutions accordingly.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → negotiation → closing → relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth program execution.

Educational Qualification

Graduation from any discipline (Business/Marketing/HR preferred)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in corporate sales (B2B) and relationship management
• Proven ability to close corporate training & high-value deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of business development strategies
• Proven experience working in a corporate training or training service provider organization is required.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in corporate training sales / EdTech / service industry
• Experience dealing with HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers
• Experience in key account management (KAM) and handling high-value clients
• Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets
