- Develop product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for security & surveillance product lines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
- Drive sales performance through distribution partners, dealers, and system integrators.
- Support sales teams with technical knowledge, presentations, and client meetings.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage product introductions, updates, and end-of-life processes.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and order fulfillment through supply chain coordination.
- Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements or replacements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like AI-based video analytics, IoT integration, and cloud surveillance solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create product collateral, brochures, and digital campaigns.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and partner gatherings.
- Ensure brand compliance and quality standards in all promotional materials.
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Education:
