Key Responsibilities Organization Development & Design - Support the design and execution of OD strategies aligned with business goals - Assist in organizational structure reviews, job analysis, and role clarity exercises Performance Management - Administer and improve the performance management system/cycle - Support goal-setting (KPI), mid-year and annual appraisal processes - Analyze performance data and prepare actionable insights for leadership Talent & Succession Planning - Support talent review processes and identification of high-potential employees - Assist in building succession plans for critical roles Learning & Change Management - Facilitate workshops, training need analyses, and OD interventions Policy & Process Development - Draft & update HR policies, SOPs, and competency frameworks - Benchmark organizational practices against industry standards - Support job evaluation and grading exercises Data & Reporting - Maintain OD dashboards/Database.
