Montrims Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent service to international buyers and global retail brands within the trims and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Work closely with global retailers, buying offices, and international brands to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Visit customers and manufacturing facilities when required for business development and coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer communication documentation.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
