Job Description
A reputed Garments Trims, Accessories & Packaging company is looking for a skilled, energetic, and result-oriented professional for the following position:
Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new and potential buyers/clients and develop strong business relationships.
- Handle marketing and sales activities for Garments Trims, Accessories, and Packaging products.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers, garment factories, buying houses, and relevant organizations.
- Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, costing, and product proposals according to client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and increase business volume.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market updates as directed by management.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Candidates with educational or professional backgrounds related to Garments Trims, Accessories, Packaging, or related industries will be preferred.
Experience:
- Sr. Executive: 2–4 years
- Assistant Manager: 4–7 years
- Practical experience in Garments Accessories/Trims/Packaging Sales & Marketing is required/preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Sales target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
- Experience dealing with Buyers, Garment Factories, and Buying Houses
- Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
