- Preparing preliminary SMV using tech pack or sample reference.
- Ensure all styles are carried out, verify and obtain all relevant information on the styles including operation sequence, method, standard minutes values (SMV), machine/attachment requirements.
- Knowledge about cutting/finishing SMV & capacity.
- Plan, organize, and monitor all IE-related activities within the factory.
- Develop and implement production process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce SMV.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV).
- Work with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure target achievement and smooth operation.
- Identify capacity gaps and optimize line balancing for improved output.
- Ensure accurate manpower planning and machine utilization.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through method improvement and waste elimination.
- Maintain accurate IE reports and performance data for management review.
- Support new style development and process engineering during pilot runs.
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial engineering
- Skills: manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations management, production management, sme management, maintenance engineering, production engineering, supplier quality management, design for manufacturing, technical knowledge of garment production
