- Practical experience and Strong knowledge of Feed Raw Materials, including sourcing, supplier management, price negotiation, market analysis, and procurement planning.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Maintain quality standards and verify that all purchased items meet specifications.
- Control procurement costs and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts and supplier documentation.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery and pricing.
- Lead and supervise the purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and build long term strategic partnerships.
- Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
- Skills: supplier sourcing, supplier development, supplier management, supplier quality, supplier quality management, strategicsourcing, procurement software, procurement, material procurement
