Key Responsibilities
- Execute clients’ orders in accordance with SBL trading rules.
- Monitor clients’ margin exposure closely.
- Ensure compliance with BSEC, DSE, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients and provide daily market scenario and portfolio updates.
- Collect market-sensitive information and communicate relevant updates to clients.
- Analyze market trends and corporate balance sheets to provide better client services.
- Provide recommendations to management for business growth.
- Achieve turnover targets and maximize existing portfolio value.
- Develop and maintain strong investor relationships.
- Conduct daily client calls to introduce new accounts and encourage deposits.
- Maintain and update daily written buy/sell orders.
- Achieve daily and monthly deposit targets.
- Attend daily and monthly departmental meetings.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong leadership and relationship-management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management.
