- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office facilities.
- Manage utilities, safety, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and organizational activities.
- Manage procurement, approvals, and timely delivery of required items/services.
- Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and standards.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to departments.
- Supervise support staff and manage duty rosters.
- Resolve administrative issues and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and routine HR activities through HR systems.
- Handle employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation formalities.
- Manage employee ID cards, visiting cards, and related facilities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Management, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
