Job Summary
A leading Denim Textile & Woven/Denim Garments manufacturing company is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Utility & Maintenance Department, ensuring reliable utility operations, equipment efficiency, energy optimization, and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Utility, Electrical, Mechanical, and Maintenance operations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, and Garments production facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee major utility systems, including Power, Gas, Steam, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Water Treatment, and ETP.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.
- Implement energy-saving and utility optimization initiatives.
- Lead machinery installation, commissioning, modification, and factory expansion projects.
- Prepare and control maintenance, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets.
- Ensure compliance with RSC, BNBC, NFPA, environmental, and electrical safety standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Management teams.
- Develop and manage a high-performing technical team.
- Experience: 15-20 years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
- Skills: maintenance engineering, technical knowledge of garment production, textile engineering, garment manufacturing, textile industry knowledge, mechanical maintenance, garment industry knowledge, manufacturing engineering, textile industry
