Sr. Creative Designer (Video & Social Ads)

Job Context:

Solyntra Limited is the Dhaka engineering and operations centre for iNOM Pty Ltd, an Australian B2B SaaS CRM platform. We are hiring a Creative Designer to produce video, motion graphics, and paid social ad creatives for an Australian business audience. You will report to the Marketing Lead and work with a small team where your work goes live, gets measured, and gets iterated. This is a hands-on production role, not an art direction role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce short-form video ads and organic content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok from brief through to final export.
• Create animated explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and feature announcement videos for the CRM platform using motion graphics.
• Edit screen recordings and talking-head footage into clean, captioned, platform-ready cuts with sound design and colour correction.
• Design static and carousel ad creatives, landing page hero visuals, thumbnails, and social templates aligned to brand guidelines.
• Develop ad concepts and hooks with the Marketing Lead, produce multiple variants for A/B testing, and revise based on performance data.
• Apply basic UX and layout judgement to landing page sections, in-app announcement visuals, and email creatives.
• Use AI tools (image, video, voiceover, script assist) where they speed up production without compromising brand quality.
• Maintain an organised asset library, templates, and brand kit so creatives are reusable across campaigns.
• Deliver on weekly content calendars with predictable turnaround.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or Communication preferred. Portfolio quality outweighs degree.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in video editing, motion design, or creative production for digital advertising.
• Experience producing creatives for a software, SaaS, tech, or B2B brand is strongly preferred.
• Agency experience on international clients is an acceptable substitute.

Additional Requirements

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Figma or Illustrator/Photoshop for static work.
• Demonstrated ability to produce motion graphics and 2D animation, not only cut footage.
• Portfolio must show ad creatives for a business or tech audience, not only consumer, event, or entertainment work. 
• Working proficiency with at least one AI creative tool (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, or similar). 
• Understanding of platform specs, safe zones, and ad formats for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Good written English. Captions and on-screen copy target an Australian audience.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and web layout. Figma prototyping is a plus.
• Ability to take direct feedback, iterate fast, and ship without perfectionism blocking delivery.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Uttara office. Remote or hybrid is not available.

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)
