Sr. Content Writer (B2B SaaS)

Job Context 

Solyntra Limited is the Dhaka engineering and operations centre for iNOM Pty Ltd, an Australian B2B SaaS CRM platform for mortgage brokers. We are hiring a Content Writer to produce marketing content for Australian business readers. You will write website copy, LinkedIn content, email sequences, case studies, video scripts, and ad copy that a mortgage broker in Sydney or Brisbane would read and trust. You report to the Marketing Lead and work alongside a Creative Designer. Your writing goes live, gets measured, and gets revised. This is a hands-on writing role, not a content management role. 

Job Responsibilities 

Write and edit website pages, landing pages, and product feature copy in clear Australian English. 

Produce LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form copy for the company and founder accounts on a weekly calendar. 

Write email sequences for outbound campaigns, nurture flows, onboarding, and product announcements. 

Draft scripts and captions for short video ads and product explainer videos in collaboration with the Creative Designer. 

Interview customers and internal stakeholders to write case studies and customer stories. 

Write long-form articles and guides on mortgage broking operations, lead management, and AI in financial services, with accurate research and cited sources. 

Turn product updates and technical features into plain-language benefit copy for a non-technical business audience. 

Maintain the brand voice guide and terminology list; keep all copy consistent with it. 

Use AI writing tools for research, outlining, and first drafts where useful, and take full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and quality of the final text. 

Track basic performance signals (open rates, click-through, engagement) and revise copy based on results.

Educational Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. English, Journalism, Marketing, or Business preferred. Portfolio quality outweighs degree. 

Experience Requirements 

2 to 5 years writing marketing content in English for a business audience. 

Experience writing for a B2B software, SaaS, fintech, or professional services brand is required. 

Experience writing for Australian, UK, or US readers is strongly preferred. 

Additional Requirements 

Near-native written English. Your writing must read naturally to an Australian business reader with no second-language markers. 

Portfolio must include at least three published pieces written for a business or technology audience with your name or verifiable authorship. 

Ability to write across formats: 1,500-word article, 50-word LinkedIn post, 5-email sequence, 30-second video script. 

Comfortable researching an unfamiliar industry (Australian mortgage broking) and writing accurately about it within weeks. 

Familiarity with AI writing tools and clear judgement about when they help and when they produce generic text. 

Basic SEO literacy: search intent, headings, internal linking. Keyword-stuffing experience is not an asset. 

Ability to take direct editorial feedback and revise fast. 

Must be able to work onsite at our Uttara office. Remote or hybrid is not available. 

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara) 

Salary: BDT 30,000-50,000
