- Must be an expert in UD and UP.
- Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, supplier,
- Ensure updating the bond register (In-bond & Ex-bond) on time.
- Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
- To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related to customs and bond.
- Perform and face routine audits by external agencies relating to UD and UP.
- Follow up on all import L/C formalities and make sure the "insurance coverage note" open according to the PI collected for LC opening.
- Handle all customs-related responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC.
- Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses from licensing authority
- And any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: customs brokerage, customs compliance, customs documentation, responsibilities, back office operations, customs regulations, client liason, customs regulations, customsregulations, ship security officer
