- Manage overall sales and business operations within the assigned area.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure effective team performance.
- Lead, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Develop new customers and identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitor branch/outlet operations and daily sales activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
