- Closely monitor and operate all payments and expenditure
- Complete Admission & other Registration
- Prepare trial balance & financial report for CA firm audit
- Preparing and maintaining stock register, cheque register, asset register and Vat & Tax register etc
- Ensure Vat & Tax deduction compliant with Government rules and regulations
- Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash book/ Bank Book/ Ledger etc)
- Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely
- Manage petty cash and verify the bill voucher of petty cash expenses Identify variances in actual expenditure and the budget
- Communicate with the banks Reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly
- Coordinate with the internal & external auditors during audits and prepare financial audit
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
- Experience: 10+ years
- Education:
- Skills: audit preparation, accountants, accounting, back office operations, basic accounting knowledge, bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, financial statement preparation, full-charge bookkeeping, audit management
