Specialist – Project Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily cleaning service operations.
• Manage project manpower, including cleaners, supervisors, and support staff.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and prepare operational reports.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, equipment, and cleaning materials.
• Coordinate manpower recruitment, deployment, training, and replacement.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and safety standards.
• Support project costing, budgeting, and operational planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or project operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations in Dhaka.
