- Facilitate complex discussions between clients and internal technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Proactively monitor account health, anticipate potential challenges, and orchestrate preemptive solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all client and company matters.
