Role Description The Sourcing & Technical Support Manager (Offshore) is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating product sourcing activities and providing technical support to internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing supplier relationships, monitoring production timelines, and ensuring product specifications and quality standards are consistently met. The role involves diagnosing technical issues related to costumes and accessories, guiding factories and partners through troubleshooting steps, and documenting solutions for future reference. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, quality assurance, and logistics to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position also requires regular reporting on sourcing performance, support metrics, and process improvements to optimize offshore operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, particularly in product-related or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating clearly with global stakeholders.
• Background in sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain operations, ideally in apparel, costumes, or consumer products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Comfort working across time zones and cultures, with proficiency in collaboration tools and remote working practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
