Responsibilities
- শিক্ষার্থীর কাছ থেকে আসা বিষয়ভিত্তিক প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর খুঁজতে পারা।
- শিক্ষকদের করা সমাধান নিরীক্ষণ করা।
- সময় অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত কাজ শেষ করতে পারা।
- শিক্ষকদের দৈনিক কাজের উপর নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং তাদেরকে আরও ভালো করতে উৎসাহ দেওয়া।
- কাজের চাপ সামলিয়ে দ্রুত কাজ শিখতে পারা।
- বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের online ভিত্তিক সাইটগুলো কে ব্যবহার করতে পারা।
- পজিটিভ মনোভাব অক্ষুন্ন রেখে টিমের ভিতর সবার সাথে মিলে কাজ করা।
