Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khulna for Solar Plant Operation and Maintenance. The role involves monitoring plant performance, operating equipment according to established procedures, and ensuring continuous, safe power generation. The team member will carry out routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems and associated electrical components, and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate logs and reports, coordinating with technical and management teams, and following all safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role may also involve assisting with performance optimization initiatives and supporting contractors or vendors during specialized maintenance activities.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, with the ability to ensure efficient and reliable plant operation.
• Understanding of the Solar Industry and Power Generation processes, including grid connection and basic electrical principles.
• Familiarity with Wind Energy and broader renewable energy concepts is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering field.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of solar power plants or industrial electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and performance data; basic proficiency with monitoring and SCADA systems is beneficial.
• Commitment to workplace safety, ability to work in outdoor conditions, and readiness for shift-based or weekend work when required.
• Effective communication, teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
