- Providing to client Software and hardware support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule
- Providing to client training and support after sales of software.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development, QA Test, and operations teams to improve product reliability.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, remote tools or physically
- Research and analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Meeting with clients virtually & physically for Software Sales.
- Must have own laptop or PC
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Report to Top Management on a daily basis.
- Experience: 2-5 years
