Our portfolio includes AI-enabled POS, Hospitality Management with intelligent revenue management, Office Management Suite, and RevUp solutions for super shops. We collaborate with local and international technical teams to deliver practical, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Executive who can help develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build a strong sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

• Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategies.

• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

• Work closely with local and international technical teams to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.

• Support digital marketing, company branding, and market development initiatives.

• Track sales opportunities, follow up with prospects, and work toward assigned targets.

• Conduct field visits and customer meetings as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS, POS, ERP, Hospitality Technology, or B2B solution selling preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand customer business needs and communicate with both business and technical teams.

• Good command of English and Bangla.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
