Role Description: We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our engineering team at Unidevgo Software Solutions Ltd. As a 100% remote team, we rely heavily on clear communication and independent ownership. In this role, you will work closely with our developers and senior QA engineers to test web and mobile applications, find bugs, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-semester students to gain hands-on tech industry experience from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Test Cases: Perform manual functional, usability, and regression testing on our web and mobile applications.
• Identify & Report Bugs: Detect, document, and track software glitches using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Write Test Documentation: Assist in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.
• Remote Collaboration: Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and communication via Slack or Zoom.
• Learn and Adapt: Stay curious and quickly learn new QA methodologies, tools, and processes under the guidance of senior mentors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), IT, or a related technical field (Fresh graduates or final-year students are highly encouraged to apply).
• Core Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Remote Readiness: Must have a reliable internet connection, a functional computer/laptop, and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic software development and testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum).
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (crucial for remote text communication and bug documentation).
• Bonus Points: Basic exposure to tools like Postman (for API testing), SQL, or automation basics is a plus.
