US-Bangla Group, one of the country’s leading private conglomerates, is inviting applications for the position of Software/ Senior Software Engineer for its Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) - Triplover Limited & Firsttrip Limited.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, security, databases, messaging systems, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deployments.
• Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Administer Kubernetes/EKS, Linux servers, networking, and containerized applications using Docker and Helm.
• Implement GitOps and deployment workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub, and ArgoCD.
• Manage monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure 24/7 production reliability of business-critical systems and supplier integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production, application, infrastructure, networking, and database issues, including RCA and downtime reduction.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Manage PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ, including performance, backup, recovery, and availability.
• Implement cloud and infrastructure security including IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, SSL/TLS, secrets, firewalls, and WAF.
• Support cloud migrations, Kubernetes upgrades, disaster recovery, capacity planning, high availability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams, while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or System Engineering.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience managing production-grade cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Proven experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, networking, security, databases, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, highly available, or business-critical systems.
• Experience in OTA platforms, e-commerce, fintech, travel, airline will be highly preferred.
• Experience supporting systems involving search, booking, ticketing, payment, external APIs, or supplier integrations will be an added advantage.
