Software Engineer in Test

🚀 We’re hiring: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

📍 Dhaka, Bangladesh

Populate is building an AI-first, cloud-based EMR used by healthcare practices across the United States. Our platform connects clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, claims, patient engagement, and AI-powered workflows.

We’re looking for an exceptional SDET who treats quality as an engineering discipline—not simply a testing step.

You will:

• Own automation across complex UI, API, and data workflows
• Design reliable tests for clinical and medical billing systems
• Diagnose difficult defects and identify risks before release
• Improve our automation architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and quality standards
• Work directly with engineering and product teams from design through deployment

You should have:

• Strong software engineering and test automation skills
• Proven experience building maintainable automation frameworks
• Excellent API, SQL, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• High standards, sound judgment, and strong ownership
• The ability to communicate clearly and challenge assumptions constructively

This is a high-impact role on a small, ambitious engineering team. You’ll help shape how quality is built into a product that affects patient care and the financial health of medical practices.
