- Build and maintain the cross-platform (Android & iOS) mobile application used by Poultry & Hatchery technical service personnel, Hatchery and Farm technicians, Field sales and delivery operation— to plan, execute and record daily activity.
- Develop geo-location-based attendance, farm/dealer visit check-in and check-out, geo-fencing and distance validation against the assigned route plan.
- Build technical service capture forms — farm visit report, flock/batch observation, vaccination and medication advice, feed consumption and mortality notes, complaint logging, photo and document capture.
- Implement offline-first data capture with background sync for low-connectivity farm locations, plus push notification and in-app announcement delivery.
- Manage build signing, versioning, Play Store / App Store release and post-release stability monitoring.
- Design, develop and maintain server-side services and secure REST APIs in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and/or PHP (Laravel / Any framework) to support the mobile and web front-ends.
- Build the RTM master-data services covering the movement hierarchy — National › Zone › Area › Territory › Route › Farm / Dealer / Stoppage — including bulk upload, validation and de-duplication utilities.
- Experience of implementing role-based access control, authentication, audit trails, job scheduling, notification services and reporting engines.
- Integration experience with the Group HRIS/ERP/Application.
- Ensure API security, error handling, logging, performance tuning and version control of all services.
- Develop the back-end administration console for route design and maintenance, user and role administration, target setting, approval workflows and configuration.
