Software Developer & AI Integration Specialist

Our organization builds and maintains multiple software products with strong AI involvement, including B24 News, an online news portal, alongside a range of software solutions delivered under Teamwork Technology (IT firm). We are looking for a skilled Software Developer & AI Integration Specialist who can both build new AI-powered products and reliably support, maintain, and upgrade our existing software portfolio. This is a dual-focus role combining hands-on development of new solutions with ongoing customer support and maintenance of live systems.

A. New Product Development

•    Design, develop, and deploy new web and software applications with integrated AI capabilities (chatbots, content automation, recommendation systems, LLM-based features, etc.).

•    Work with product/management stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

•    Integrate third-party and in-house AI/ML models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into web and software products.

•    Build and maintain front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

•    Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection for new projects.

B. Support & Maintenance of Existing Software

•    Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing products, including the B24 News portal and Teamwork Technology's software suite.

•    Monitor system performance and uptime; diagnose and resolve bugs, errors, and production issues promptly.

•    Apply regular updates, security patches, and feature enhancements to keep existing software current and reliable.

•    Coordinate with customers/end-users to understand support requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.

•    Maintain technical documentation for all supported and newly developed systems.

C. Collaboration & Reporting

•    Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers across projects.

•    Report progress, risks, and support metrics to management on a regular basis.

•    Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices, and recommend adoption where relevant.

•    Strong proficiency in web/software development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).

•    Solid back-end development experience (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or similar) and REST/GraphQL API design.

•    Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) or building AI-assisted features into applications.

•    Working knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and version control (Git).

•    Familiarity with server management, deployment pipelines, and basic DevOps (CI/CD, cloud hosting such as AWS/GCP/Azure or VPS).

•    Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve urgent production issues.

•    Good communication skills for direct interaction with customers/stakeholders during support requests.

•    Ability to manage multiple products and shifting priorities across new development and support work.

•    Experience working with a news/media portal or content management systems (CMS).

•    Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or building custom AI agents/workflows.

•    Experience with mobile-responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

•    Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

•    2–4 years of professional experience in web/software development, with at least some hands-on exposure to AI/ML tool integration is preferred.

•    Candidates with a strong portfolio of AI-integrated projects but slightly less formal experience will also be considered.

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
