Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, writing and designing posts, monitoring analytics, and optimizing content based on performance data. The specialist will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and coordinate with the broader marketing team to align social media activities with overall digital marketing goals. The role also involves staying current with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure effective and compliant social media activity.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and basic reporting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and basic understanding of SEO principles and paid social campaigns is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, particularly in agency or fast-paced environments, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
