We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is more than posting.

At StarConnect, we’re building a platform that connects people with experts, creators and personalities they want to meet, learn from and experience.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, share and act on.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day social media calendar across StarConnect channels.
• Turn campaigns, shows, experts and platform stories into engaging content.
• Develop creative ideas for Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Write or guide captions, hooks and social copy.
• Work closely with the content and video team to get ideas from concept to publication.
• Track performance and use data to make the next piece of content better.
• Stay on top of trends without blindly chasing them.

We’re looking for

• 3+ years of social media/content experience.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and platform behaviour.
• Great instincts for hooks, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Someone who can think creatively and execute.
• Data-aware, organised and fast-moving.

Bonus: experience working with creators, celebrities or entertainment brands.

Most importantly: you should care about making things people actually want to see.
