Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social media presence—from strategy and content creation to publishing, PR outreach, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our overall social media strategy

• Generate fresh and engaging content ideas

• Plan, shoot, and edit short, engaging Reels and other video content

• Create high-quality graphics using Canva

• Write compelling captions aligned with our brand voice

• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar

• Determine the best platforms, posting times, and content formats

• Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior

• Manage influencer and PR outreach, including deciding whom to contact and when

• Track performance and improve the strategy based on insights

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing social media accounts

• Understands how to increase reach, engagement, and community growth

• Can create engaging short-form video content

• Has a good eye for design and strong Canva skills

• Is creative, organized, reliable, and able to work independently

• Can take full responsibility for this area with minimal supervision

📍 Work Location

We prefer someone who can work on-site because we already have the necessary content-production setup, including cameras, lighting, a computer, and other materials.
