Social Media Manager

Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to promote Dot IT Solution’s and its clients' services and products. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and optimize content for reach and performance. The role includes developing and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with design and marketing teams, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on platform trends and best practices to support overall digital marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights).
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and campaign performance tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; agency or tech industry experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
