StarConnect is a young platform building something that hasn't existed here before. We move fast, we test in public, and we'd rather ship something and learn from it than perfect it in a doc for three weeks. The content engine is being rebuilt from scratch right now — new funnel, new formats, new channels. Whoever takes this role gets to shape it rather than inherit it.

What you'll own

You'll run our presence across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok end to end: strategy, calendar, publishing, and the numbers that come back. That means turning campaign moments into content people actually stop for — our Myster Booking programme, the Connecting Dots webinar series, expert clips from batch shoot days. It means living in the comments and DMs, because the community is the product here, not an afterthought. It means working shoulder to shoulder with our video editor and founders to plan two weeks out and still move the same afternoon when something breaks through. And it means telling us honestly what isn't working, with numbers behind it.

What we're looking for

• Real hands-on experience running brand social, not just personal accounts
• A content strategist's head: you can connect a post to a business goal without being asked to
• Sharp writing. Hooks and captions that earn the next three seconds
• Comfort with analytics tools, and the judgement to know which metrics are noise
• The ability to juggle several things at once in a startup that changes its mind quickly
• A degree in Marketing or Communications is nice. A portfolio of work that performed is better.

What gives you an edge

• You genuinely understand trends — why they work, not just that they're happening
• You've used tools like Metricool, Buffer, or Linktree to manage mutiple socials and content calendar
• You create your own content, or you're plugged into the creator and influencer scene here
• You have opinions and the confidence to defend them in a room.
