Este Aesthetic Hospital & Este Medical Bangladesh is looking for a creative, energetic, trend-savvy, and passionate Social Media Expert to join our growing team.

** Your Role

As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong, premium, and engaging digital presence for Este Aesthetic Hospital & Este Medical Bangladesh.

You will work closely with our doctors, therapists, marketing team, photographers, designers, and video editors to create content that educates, inspires, engages, and converts our audience.

** Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Este’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Maintain a premium and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Respond to followers professionally and maintain strong community engagement.

** Content Creation & Coordination

• Create and coordinate engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, carousels, photos, and promotional content.
• Develop content ideas around aesthetic treatments, skincare, beauty, wellness, hair & skincare, doctor expertise, client experiences, before & after results, clinic lifestyle, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the Script Writer for scripts, hooks, CTAs, and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with the Creative Designer for graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and other visual content.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with doctors, therapists, and the creative team.
• Capture quality smartphone content when required.
• Ensure content is delivered according to the content calendar and campaign plan.

** Copywriting & Communication

• Write engaging and conversion-focused captions and social media copy.
• Work with the Script Writer to prepare content for Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and promotional videos.
• Develop educational and awareness content in Bangla and English.
• Maintain Este’s professional, premium, trustworthy, and customer-friendly tone across all platforms.

** What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts, Stories, and short-form content.
• Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Strong visual sense with an excellent eye for beauty, aesthetics, lighting, composition, and branding.
• Excellent Bangla & English communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to understand audience psychology and create content that generates engagement and enquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
