Role Description The Social Media Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote the company’s brands and drive audience engagement. The Social Media Expert will manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and respond in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing, design, and retail teams to align social media activities with overall brand objectives. The role also includes staying up to date with social media trends and competitor activities to recommend new ideas and strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support broader brand and campaign objectives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear messaging and collaboration.
• Candidates should have experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and using analytics tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and brands.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or F&B brands will be considered an added advantage.
