Position: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Develop creative content, including graphics, captions, reels, and short-form videos.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce compelling content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Experience with content creation for social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
