Social Media Executive

About the Role:

Agamir Somoy (দৈনিক আগামীর সময়) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. The candidate will manage content distribution, optimize page reach, and grow audience engagement across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Publish breaking and trending news quickly with compelling headlines, catchy thumbnails, and accurate captions.

- Schedule and manage daily content across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Track short-form content trends (Reels & Shorts) to maximize organic growth.

- Ensure strict compliance with Meta community guidelines, news policies, and monetization standards.

- Monitor page analytics and respond to audience interactions to build engagement.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management for a news portal or media agency.

- Strong understanding of Facebook news policies, algorithms, and content trends.

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for quick thumbnail creation.

- Ability to work under fast-paced newsroom deadlines in an on-site setup.
