Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dhaka. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, write, and design engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Daily tasks include planning content calendars, creating posts and short-form videos, adapting content for different audiences, and collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to highlight student success stories and services. The role involves monitoring social media performance, responding to audience interactions, and adjusting content based on analytics and feedback. The Social Media Content Creator will also stay updated on trends in education, study abroad, and digital media to keep WinStar Education’s online presence current and compelling.
Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including social media writing, basic copywriting, and storytelling focused on student success and educational services.
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars, with experience in social media strategy, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
• Proficiency with visual and multimedia tools such as Canva, basic photo/video editing software, and an understanding of design principles for digital content.
• Comfort working with social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and refine content based on engagement and reach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing, counseling, and operations teams, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in social media content creation, particularly in education, training, or youth-focused organizations, is highly beneficial.
