Job Scope
This role is responsible for application management, monitoring & maintaining production applications, carrying out enhancements as per business requirements and performing optimization of the application. This is a new role to enhance capacity for the growing application landscape to meet with the organization’s needs. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, understanding their requirements clearly and translating those requirements into solutions based on user requirements.

This role is responsible for application management, monitoring & maintaining production applications, carrying out enhancements as per business requirements and performing optimization of the application. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, understanding their requirements clearly and translating those requirements into solutions based on user requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering and managing production applications.
- Developing tools and processes to improve application reliability and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional local and international teams to analyze, design, and ship new experiences in the full life cycle of application development.
- Designing and implementing application monitoring for production applications.
- Building scripts to monitor application reliability and availability.
- Tracking and addressing technology upgrade to ensure all applications and components are fully supported end-to-end.
- Actively soliciting stakeholder feedback on solutions and driving improvements as needed.
- Sharing regular updates with senior-level stakeholders regarding proposed solutions, timelines, progress, and issues.
- Managing Azure DevOps task, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating to streamline development workflows.
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance the deployment process.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for DevOps processes and configurations.
- Conducting performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of applications and services.
- Participating in incident response and post-mortem analysis.
- Graduate in Computer Science Engineer/Information Technology from any reputed university
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in Application Management & Development
- Strong knowledge in RESTful web API, Hybrid Mobile App / Web Applications
- Java Spring /Spring Boot/C#/.Net MVC, .Net CORE
- JavaScript / JQuery / ReactJs and Native
- Database design understanding, query development, and report preparation
- Understanding of DevOps including Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong Data Analytics Skill to understand application flow & integrations
- Strong Implementation knowledge over Azure, Cloud Cognitive services
- Understanding of Incident and Change Management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
