- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC structural works, including foundation, column, beam, slab, stair, and related works.
- Supervise all finishing works, including brickwork, plastering, flooring, tiles, painting, doors/windows, sanitary, electrical coordination, and other associated works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
- Check workmanship, materials, dimensions, levels, alignment, and overall construction quality.
- Maintain site reports, work progress, and material usage records.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement and management teams.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with senior engineers/management.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager / Management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
