Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Chattogram. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, civil and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers, as well as monitoring progress, managing site reports, and addressing technical issues that arise on-site. The role will involve implementing quality control procedures, verifying materials and workmanship, and supporting cost-effective, timely project delivery. The Site Engineer is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders, participate in site meetings, and uphold compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and the ability to manage day-to-day construction activities effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure materials, workmanship, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and civil engineering fundamentals relevant to building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is preferred.
• Experience working on architectural or construction projects, especially in an on-site engineering capacity, is beneficial.
• Proficiency in reading drawings and using basic engineering software or tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems on-site, and adapt to changing project needs.
