Showroom Manager
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock and promotional activities.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with brand standards.
